The 3 rd annual Gulf Coast Extravaganza is next weekend . Its our C Dory Owners group event that proves to be a great place to meet like minded boaters, eat great food , go cruising with a Posse of other C Dories , swap travel and boat information and generally have fun as well as be entertained by some informative seminars presented by knowlegable boaters . Its a great place to be if you are considering purchasing a C Dory as the wealth of info cant be had in person anywhere else except another C Dory Gathering .
We expect around 20 boats and upwards of 60 people this year and everyone interested is welcome . There are usually many folks willing to share rides on their boats , and we usually do an semi organized cruise to somewhere local and interesting on Sat afternoon .
We will have a Gumbo dinner Fri P.M and a omlette breakfast saturday A.M.
Sat night is BBQ night and we will do it Carolina style ,
Sun morning is the pancacke fest with John’s famous sourdough pancackes on the menu .
Feel free to bring beverages and any hors deouvres you might feel like bringing , Not required however .
We will have a big time on the Apalachicola River !!!!!
