Despite what we theorized and wondered about , Suzuki has extended their “Gimmie Six” extended warranty promotion for the month of April . This has been a good value for the consumer as well as a good sales tool for the dealers.I adds value to the Motor after the sale as it is a transferable Warranty [technically a service contract] and give some peace of mind to the second owner .
So if you are looking to repower your favorite old boat or purchase a new Suzuki Powered rig , the 6 year warranty is available till the end of April. Nissan/Tohatsu and BRP’s warranty programs expire on April 15th .Those programs both add 2 more years of protection the their respective brands .
